The tenant, Knauth & Visser, LLC, is a distributor for wines of South Africa. The company's recent growth necessitated its moving into a larger space. The tenant was represented by Barry Stratton and the landlord, Gray Eagle Corp., was represented by William Clark, both of The Geenty Group Realtors.
The Geenty Group, Realtors also leased 1,300 s/f at 35 Elm St., New Haven in the historically significant Atwater House which dates back to the early 1800s when Senator Atwater was in residence. The new tenant is Ascend Financial Network, LLC, a financial advisory company led by manager Jason Garbus. The landlord is Mercantile Manor, LLC, which was represented by Stratton of The Geenty Group. The tenant was represented by Sarah Wolman of William Raveis, Cheshire office.
