Geenty Group brokers 4,000 s/f lease expansion
According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Tantor Media, Inc. has extended and expanded its lease at 139 Mill Rock Rd. East. The tenant which publishes and sells over 950 unabridged audio books, available in both CD and MP3-CD formats will lease another 4,000 s/f in addition to the 17,000 s/f it already leases from Mll Rock Leasing, Inc. The additional space will serve as an assembly and storage space for the growing business.
