Geenty Group brokers 50,000 s/f lease expansion for Century Business Archives
According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Century Business Archives has taken a 50,000 s/f expansion of a long term lease at 13 Beaver Rd. The tenant has recently acquired several other archive companies and their clients resulting in an expansion of the entire facility.
Kristin Geenty, SIOR, and Kevin Geenty, SIOR of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the landlord, while William Ludwig of Wareck Realty represented the tenant.
