According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR 63-6 North Branford Rd. has been sold. Both she and Kevin Geenty, SIOR of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the seller, Millbrook LP in the sale of a 6,400 s/f light industrial condominium in a complex of three buildings. Robert Dow and his son Jeff Dow of Dow Realty Company in New Haven represented the purchaser, Cambridge America, LLC, which is a light manufacturing and distribution company dealing in electronic connectors and related items some of which are imported from the orient.
In another transaction, Kristin Geenty and Kevin Geenty cooperated in leasing 1,200 s/f of retail space at 1283 Boston Post Rd., Westbrook, to Gourmet Connection, a purveyor of high end steaks, kabobs, burgers all individually wrapped and vacuumed sealed. The landlord, Valerie Pettis was represented by Kristin Geenty, while Gourmet Connection was represented by Kevin Geenty.
According to Kevin Geenty, 114 East Mill Rock Rd. has been sold. He represented the Colebank family in the sale of the two building light industrial complex for $390,000. The buildings which formerly housed Tantor Media will now be used as the Connecticut headquarters for Geomatrix, LLC, a septic engineering firm owned and operated by David and Elizabeth Potts. Steve Cortese also of the Geenty Group Realtors represented the buyers.
