Geenty Group brokers 7,410 s/f build to suit flex building

According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, the Geenty Group has brokered a build to suit lease whereby Mill Meadow Development, LLC will build a 7,410 s/f flex building which has been fully leased by Advanced Emergency Products, a division of Kevin Russell and Associates, LLC. Kevin Geenty, SIOR facilitated the transaction while representing both the landlord and the tenant.  The new building will be located at 151 Mill Rock Rd. East in the Old Saybrook Business Park. Advanced Emergency Products distributes items to the public safety industry which include items such as strobe lighting for police cars, ambulances, airplanes and the like.  Construction has begun on the building and the anticipated completion date is May 15th.
