Geenty Group facilitates 24,500 s/f sublet lease to R & R Freight Services
Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, has completed a 24,500 s/f sublet of surplus warehousing space in an 85,000 s/f building at 20 Thompson Rd.
The tenant is R & R Freight Services, LLC. Russell Vito and Russell D’Agostino are the partners. R & R is a logistics company which distributes finished products for numerous local and national firms.
Both parties to this lease have been long-term and valued clients of The Geenty Group. Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty SIOR were the agents in this transaction.
