Karen M. Fitzgerald, d/b/a The Well Seasoned Nest, LLC, has leased 1,600 s/f at 158 Research Dr. The tenant is leasing two adjacent 800 s/f units with some office space and the balance warehouse space to house their extensive inventory. The Well Seasoned Nest has a large array of outdoor items from bird houses to many different and unique garden ornaments. The landlord is D'Amato Investments, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice-president at The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford, was the sole agent in this transaction.
