Geenty Group leases 1,790 s/f in Branford
According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Paul Morin and Haroon Samnani have leased 1,790 s/f at 14 Summit Dr. suites 202 and 203. The landlord, SP Development, LLC, was represented by Richard Guralnick of H. Pearce while Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group represented the tenants' interest
The tenant is a telemarketing company that markets high-end vacuum cleaners and offers cleaning demonstrations to the buying public.
