Geenty Group, Realtors sells 1,126 s/f office condo
Madison, CT Kristin Geenty, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, sold a 1,126 s/f condominium unit at 149 Durham Rd. The sale price was $77,500.
The sellers are Donald and Monica Weeks. The buyers are Harold and Melissa Hartmann. They will use the unit for public accounting offices of Hartmann & Company, Inc., specializing in trader and investor taxation.
Geenty was the sole broker in this transaction.
