Geenty leases 1,500 s/f to Precision Mechanical
Precision Mechanical Services, represented by Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased 1,500 s/f of newly constructed warehouse space at 132 Chestnut St. to use for storage. The landlord is Lakeview Construction, who was represented by Kevin Geenty SIOR. The two companies have split the building into two spaces.
