Geenty of The Geenty Group handles 4,000 s/f lease
North Branford, CT Kevin Geenty SIOR, of The Geenty Group, Realtors, was the sole agent for a lease of 4,000 s/f at 21 Commerce Dr. The tenant is Research & Design Innovations, LLC (RDI), Don Allen is the president. RDI manufactures and distributes specialty parts for the recreational boating industry. RDI will use the space as an overflow warehousing facility. The landlord is W. E. Hitchcock, LLC. The space is a warehouse facility with 20’ clear ceiling heights, a truck dock, and an at-grade drive-in truck door.
