Old Saybrook, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports a five-year lease of 9,500 s/f at 6 Business Park Rd., in the Old Saybrook Business Park. The tenant is Tantor Media. They are a division of a national firm, Recorded Books, Inc., and Tantor produces and distributes books on CD.
This represents an expansion in addition to the 15,500 s/f which Tantor has occupied for years. The landlord is Mill Meadow Development, LLC. The owners of the Old Saybrook Business Park, of which Mill Meadow Development is a part, are pleased to see another of their 22 tenants able to expand within the park.
