Gerstenhaber of Centro Props. leases 10,270 s/f at Waterbury Plaza
According to Centro Properties Group, a 10,270 s/f Dollar Tree recently opened at Waterbury Plaza, located east of James Darcey Memorial Hwy. (CT-8), on Chase Ave. north of Main St.
John Wise of Real Estate Advisors, Southborough, Mass. represented Dollar Tree.
Centro Props. is the owner of Waterbury Plaza and was represented by David Gerstenhaber with Centro Props.
