Nolan and Guralnick of H. Pearce lease 7,500 s/f to Chabaso Bakery
H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has signed Chabaso Bakery to a lease for 7,500 s/f at 105 Hamilton St. The company will be occupying the former New York Times distribution center location at Hamilton & Ives Sts. where it will be primarily engaged in research, development and testing of new Chabaso baked good products. Chabaso is expanding its presence in New Haven where it currently has one of its main production facilities on James St.
