Nolan and Guralnick of H. Pearce lease 7,500 s/f to Chabaso Bakery

H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has signed Chabaso Bakery to a lease for 7,500 s/f at 105 Hamilton St. The company will be occupying the former New York Times distribution center location at Hamilton & Ives Sts. where it will be primarily engaged in research, development and testing of new Chabaso baked good products. Chabaso is expanding its presence in New Haven where it currently has one of its main production facilities on James St. Chris Nolan and Rick Guralnick, CCIM of H. Pearce represented the owner Lubil Realty, LLC and Mark Wink of Levey Miller Maretz represented the tenant.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
