Gibbons of ABG Realty sells 25,000 s/f to Colonial Auto Group

Navistar International has sold a 2.75 acre site improved by a 25,000 s/f building at 340 Mystic Ave. to Colonial Automotive Group for $3.85 million. Bernard Gibbons of ABG Commercial was the sole broker. The Chicago company was pleased to find Colonial, the growing auto dealership chain based in Acton for an off market transaction. The site features 750 feet of frontage with visibility from I-93 south.
