Tedeschi Food Shops renovates two stores

Tedeschi Food Shops has completed renovations to stores located at 1 Bridle Rd. in Billerica (2,420 s/f) and 210 Boston St. in Chelmsford (2,410 s/f). This brings the total of Tedeschi stores remodeled in 2010 to eight. The newly remodeled stores will now offer fresh food items like the TD's Deli Express lines of sandwiches, wraps, and freshly made salads. They will continue to provide a variety of snacks and beverages as well as hot and iced Green Mountain coffee. Established in 1923 in Mass., Tedeschi Food Shops, Inc. generated $600 million in revenue for 2009. The company operates 189 convenience store locations throughout Mass., N.H., R.I., and Conn.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
