Perry Brokerage Associates (PBA), a full service commercial brokerage firm serving Boston and the South Shore, has recently appointed Jonathan Gifford as the firm's senior vice president. In this position, he will provide landlord and tenant services for the company. Gifford brings more than 30 years of commercial brokerage experience to PBA on behalf of landlords and tenants. Most recently, he worked as a senior vice president and partner at NAI Hunneman where he was the co-leader of the downtown leasing division. "In its relatively brief history, PBA has proven its ability to deliver a high level of service to its clients. I look forward to the opportunity to build on this success and continue to grow PBA's platform in Boston and on the South Shore," said Gifford. "We are extremely pleased that Jon has chosen to bring his wealth of experience to the PBA team and we look forward to the value he will bring to our clients," said Richard Beal, president, PBA. In 2011, A.W. Perry formed Perry Brokerage Associates, LLC. Building on the company's more than 125 years of commercial property ownership, management, development and leasing expertise, PBA provides leasing, sales and acquisition services, representing landlords and tenants in the city and South Shore markets.
