Gilkie and McCarthy of NAI Hunneman broker leases - 47,600 s/f; On behalf of landlord, Woburn State Development

NAI Hunneman recently brokered two leases totaling 47,600 s/f of office and manufacturing space at 11 State St. David Gilkie, senior vice president and Michael McCarthy, assistant vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Woburn State Development LLC, an affiliate of Boston-based Fort Point Real Estate Co., in the transaction. Paul Delaney of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, Resin Design. Resin Design will occupy 25,000 s/f. Gilkie and McCarthy procured the tenant and represented the landlord in a lease of 22,600 s/fto Lifeline Ambulance. Lifeline Ambulance will use the building as thier corporate office and dispatch center. 11 State St. is a two-story 58,800 s/f commercial building equipped with executive offices with private bathrooms, and an exercise room within the 20,000 s/f of office space. Additionally, the building has 38,000 s/f of high-bay warehouse space. "We're pleased to welcome Resin Design and Lifeline Ambulance as new tenants in the building," said Gilkie, whose firm serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 11 State St. "The building, which is located in close proximity to both Rtes. 128 and I-93, is more attractive and modern than most competing buildings in the area."
