Ginsberg and McMahon of Summit ink three leases at Twin City Plaza

Leominster, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has arranged three new retail leases at Twin City Plaza’s 865 Merriam Ave. Represented by Travis Ginsberg and Chris McMahon, Summit finalized leases to bring Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Crumbl, and Hungry Bowl Mongolian Grill, Sushi & Korean BBQ to the 28,000 s/f retail strip center, reinforcing the center’s position as a dining and service destination within the Rte. 2 retail corridor.

865 Merriam Ave. continues to elevate its restaurant mix with the addition of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which will occupy the former D’Ambrosio Eyecare space, bringing a fresh, health-focused quick-service option to the center. Crumbl will debut in the former AT&T location, while Hungry Bowl has taken over the previous Outback space, adding a sit-down dining experience that is already driving significant customer traffic.

“These new leases demonstrate the continued demand for well-located retail space in strong suburban markets,” said Ginsberg, vice president at Summit. “Twin City Plaza offers exceptional visibility, strong demographics, and synergy with surrounding national retailers, making it an ideal location for expanding brands.”

McMahon, principal at Summit, said “The addition of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Crumbl, and Hungry Bowl reflects the ongoing strength of the Leominster/Fitchburg market. High-quality food and beverage concepts continue to drive traffic and enhance the overall merchandising mix at neighborhood centers like Twin City Plaza.”
