Lyman and Kazantzis collaborate to sell 30,299 s/f industrial property - $3.085 million

Plainfield, CT The Connecticut Chapter of CCIM has recognized the sale of 226-238 Norwich Rd. as its Deal of the Month. The transaction closed on January 16, 2026 for $3.085 million.

The industrial property consists of three buildings, totaling 30,299 s/f on 34.02 acres. The transaction was facilitated by CT CCIM Chapter members Ron Lyman, CCIM of Lyman Real Estate, who represented the seller and Andrea Kazantzis, CCIM of Kazantzis Real Estate who represented the buyer.

This transaction demonstrates the strength of collaboration between CT CCIM Chapter members, with both the listing and cooperating brokers actively engaged in the chapter’s professional network.
