Giunta and Kerrigan both placed among the top 25 producers nationally; Giunta was named the Top Producer in the Boston office for the second consecutive year.

A 20-year veteran of the industry, Giunta, executive vice president, tenant advisory group, joined Grubb & Ellis in 2007 and has ranked in the company's top brokers nationally in the four years since. A leading leasing and investment sales professional in the Boston region, Giunta represents a number of clients in various transactions across the country, including Tufts Medical Center, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Sun Life Financial and Abt Associates.
Kerrigan, executive vice president, office group, and Cook, senior vice president, office group, together serve a number of New England-based tenants and landlords, including athenahealth, Qualcomm, Emerson Hospital, American Tower Corporation, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, The Gutierrez Company, Berkley Investments and Normandy Real Estate Partners, in their commercial real estate needs locally and nationally.
Since joining the company in 1981, Kerrigan has consistently ranked among the top brokers companywide and has attended Circle of Excellence a total of 25 times. In addition to his brokerage activities, he is a member of the board of directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which honored him at its recent 29th Annual Hearts and Heroes Gala for his longstanding commitment to JDRF's mission to find a cure for diabetes. Cook, who joined Grubb & Ellis in 1997, is a multi-year honoree at Circle of Excellence and is consistently named to the Boston Commercial Brokers Association's Multi-Million Dollar Club.
