Giunta promoted to executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis

Grubb & Ellis Co. promoted Philip Giunta to executive vice president, transaction services group, from senior vice president. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Giunta was a senior vice president and partner with CB Richard Ellis where, since 1995, he was a consistent and mulit-year recipient of CB Richard Ellis New England's Top Broker award. Previously, he was an assistant vice president with Leggat McCall and a financial analyst at Raytheon Corp. Giunta joined Grubb & Ellis in 2007 "Phil's consistently high performance and commitment to superior client service set the standard for professionals throughout our company and the entire industry," said Jack Van Berkel, chief operating officer of Grubb & Ellis and president, real estate services. "We are very proud of what he has achieved and couldn't be more pleased to have him on our team."
