Grubb & Ellis Co. promoted Philip Giunta to executive vice president, transaction services group, from senior vice president.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Giunta was a senior vice president and partner with CB Richard Ellis where, since 1995, he was a consistent and mulit-year recipient of CB Richard Ellis New England's Top Broker award. Previously, he was an assistant vice president with Leggat McCall and a financial analyst at Raytheon Corp. Giunta joined Grubb & Ellis in 2007
