During his 22-year career, he has been directly responsible for the sale, lease and build-to-suit of more than 15 million square feet of industrial, R&D and office space. Since joining the company in 1981, Kerrigan, executive vice president, has consistently ranked among the top brokers companywide, providing tenant and landlord representation services for clients including New Balance, Emerson Hospital, athenahealth, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, The Gutierrez Company, Berkley Investments and Normandy Real Estate Partners. In addition to his brokerage activities, Kerrigan is a member of the board of directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and in 2009, he was appointed chairperson of the organization's Corporate Council responsible for corporate fundraising. To qualify for Circle of Excellence, brokers must fulfill the highest production standards set by the company, which typically results in honoring the top 5 to 8 percent of all company professionals.
