Allston, MA Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer in the acquisition of an office building located at 280 Lincoln St. The transaction was valued at $2.5 million.

Todd Glaskin, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, represented the buyer in the transaction. The buyer, LEOVOFS LLC, has added this as an investment property to their portfolio of holdings.

The three-story building totals 10,800 s/f and is situated on 0.25 acres.
