Glickman, Kovago & Co. broker $1.575 million sale and 7,500 s/f lease

Worcester, MA Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between L-J Imperial realty and 7 Nana Steakhouse. 7 Nana Steakhouse will occupy 7,500 s/f of the 15,000 s/f available in the former Coldwell Banker site on Shrewsbury St. 7 Nana Steakhouse is expanding into the area and will be a Japanese steakhouse with a sushi bar, hibachi tables and full liquor service. The newest addition to "Restaurant Row" will offer plenty of off street parking for their patrons. Mark Johns, vice president of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the lessee, 7 Nana Steakhouse and David Cohen, Carl Burwick and David Burwick represented the lessor, L-J Imperial Realty in the transaction. Glickman, Kovago & Co. has also brokered the sale of the former Buick Dealership located at 72 Shrewsbury St. Shrewsbury Street Association, LLP sold the property to J & M Batista Family, LP. The 28,000 s/f building sits on 1.58 acres of land sold for $1.575 million. Cohen represented the buyer, J & M Batista Family, LP and Cohen, Carl Burwick and David Burwick represented the seller, Shrewsbury Street Association, LLP.
