Glickman Kovago & Co. has brokered three retail lease agreements at 560 Lincoln St.
The smallest of the spaces, 1,200 s/f, was leased by Pleasant Smoke Shop. Pleasant Smoke Shop is opening its second location here in Worcester offering a large selection of roll / make your own, premium and domestic cigars, pipe tobacco, and all tobacco needs. Pleasant Smoke Shop currently has a location in Malden. David Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.
BMG Operations leased the 2,950 s/f retail storefront. BMG Operations is expanding its sweepstakes business from North Carolina to the New England area opening stores in Worcester and Springfield. The latest store, Worcester Cyber Café, is slated to open December 1. Mark Johns of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the lessee and David Cohen represented the owner, Saddlebred LP in this transaction.
The largest end cap space in the plaza, 4,300 s/f, was leased by All About Home Furnishings, Inc. which is opening its second store in Worcester. The first location is on Park Ave. David Cohen represented both parties in the transaction.
560 Lincoln St. is 22,240 s/f and is now fully leased. Other tenants include a liquor store, AutoZone, U.S. Post Office, tanning salon and a convenience store.
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
