Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial brokers $750,000 sale

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, recently sold 116 South Main St. The sale was part of an assemblage created by the owners of Lebanon Plaza Associates, LLC for the construction of a New England- based supermarket chain as Phase I of a possible larger project. 116 South Main St. was occupied as a residential facility, but had strategic frontage along Rte. 12-A, enabling the developer to plan and design a highly desirable location for its tenant. The property is located close to Exit 20 of I-89. Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the owners, Fred and Fay Rogers, regarding the sale of the .68-acre parcel. According to Grafton County records, the sale was estimated at $750,000. Construction on the development commenced this month and is expected to be completed in mid-2011.
