Glickman Kovago & Company represented two new tenants and landlord at 334 Chandler Street, Worcester

Joey's Bar and Grill has moved from their location on Mill St. to a larger 4,600 s/f facility at 344 Chandler St. Their new restaurant has approximately 40 additional seats available, a private function room for up to 50 people, and parking at the door. Joey's Bar and Grill is open now for both lunch and dinner. Ideal Weight Loss Clinic has also moved into 344 Chandler St. occupying 1,000 s/f of space. Although this is Ideal Weight Loss's first location in Massachusetts, they operate another facility in Vermont. Currently Ideal Weight Loss is open by appointment only to learn how to turn your body into a fat burning machine. David Burwick and Carl Burwick of Glickman Kovago & Company represented all parties.
