Glickman Kovago handles lease for the Grand Hall at Union Station
Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement for the Grand Hall at Union Station to Maxwell Silverman's Toolhouse Restaurant.
The train station underwent a $32 million renovation. With the grand opening of the 500 car parking deck and over 600,000 travelers annually, Union Station is the signature address of the city.
Michael Jacobs and Peter Kovago handled the transaction.
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
