Glickman Kovago handles lease for the Grand Hall at Union Station

Glickman, Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement for the Grand Hall at Union Station to Maxwell Silverman's Toolhouse Restaurant. The train station underwent a $32 million renovation. With the grand opening of the 500 car parking deck and over 600,000 travelers annually, Union Station is the signature address of the city. Michael Jacobs and Peter Kovago handled the transaction.
