Graf and Sannella of Houlihan-Parnes arrange $5.45m sale of Rivers Edge
Ed Graf and Ted Sannella of Houlihan-Parnes/ iCap Realty Advisors have arranged for the acquisition of The River's Edge Shopping Plaza.
The property is located at 45 South Main St. The 2.23 acre shopping center consists of a two-story retail and office building containing 51,628 s/f. The center is anchored by CVS. Other on-site tenants include Verizon Wireless, Valley Fitness Center, Peoples Choice Pizza, and Quest Diagnostics. The property was purchased for $5.45 million.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
