Goddard of O’Brien Commercial Properties handles
$1.18 million sale of 1.3-acre site
Northborough, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties has completed the sale of an office building with contractor’s yard located at 33 Talbot Rd.
The property features a 2,848 s/f office building, a 2,800 s/f industrial garage and a contractor’s yard on 1.3 acres.
Andrew Goddard represented the seller Jason Martin and procured the buyer Northern Drill Service, Inc.
The property was sold for $1.18 million.
