Godfrey of Simons REG brokers 10,242 s/f lease
Neil Godfrey recently brokered a lease for 10,242 s/f of office space at Corporate Center West located at 433 South Main St.
The tenant, A.H. Harris & Sons Inc. signed a long term lease and will be moving its corporate headquarters from Newington.
Godfrey of Simons Real Estate Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
