Godin of Godin Property Brokers and Atherton of Northeast Investment Realty handle $4 million sale
Oxford CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers represented the seller and Bryan Atherton SIOR/CCIM of Northeast Investment Realty represented the buyer in the $4 million sale of 195 Christian St.The high bay warehouse facility is 70,000 s/f on 5.6 acres and located in the Oxford industrial park near I-84. The off market transaction was a sale and lease back. The seller was W.H.J. LLC and the new owner Christian Oxford Associates LLC, is a regional investor.
