Godin of Godin Property Brokers arranges $700,000 sale of 9,760 s/f property located in Naugatuck Industrial Park
Naugatuck, CT Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury, represented all parties in the $700,000 sale of a 9,760 s/f industrial building at 30 Naugatuck Dr.
The property consists of two acres and is located in the Naugatuck Industrial Park, close to the Rte. 8 highway.
The new buyer was JSS Properties LLC and the seller of the building was Semeraro Properties, LLC.
