Waterbury, CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury represented all parties in the $310,000 sale of an 85,000 s/f manufacturing and warehouse facility on 3.7 acres at 182 East Aurora St. The former manufacturing facility is well located with access to I-84 and Rte. 8 highway.
The new buyer, East Aurora Professional Building LLC, is an investor with nearby holdings. The seller was 172 Aurora Street LLC.
