The modern facility is well located in the Oxford Industrial Park near Oxford/Waterbury Airport with good access to -84 and Rte. 8 Highway.
The new buyer, Executive Aircraft Interiors, is relocating and expanded from their current Oxford location and will be utilizing the facility for their corporate headquarters and fabrication operation. Executive Aircraft Interiors is a high end custom refinisher of aircraft interiors.

The seller was CKS Realty LLC a local property owner and former occupant.
