Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, of Godin Property Brokers, has represented both parties in a long-term lease of 117,000 s/f of warehouse space at 1100 Buckingham St. The 325,000 s/f industrial complex is located off of Rte. 8 highway in the Watertown Industrial Park. The space offered ShelterLogic Corporation high quality space and is in near proximity to their main production and headquarters facility. The new tenant, ShelterLogic Corp., is a leading manufacturer and distributor of outdoor shelters. The landlord is JSD Partners LLC, which is a local investment group.
