Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers 12,519 s/f $1.2 million sale

Ed Godin Jr., a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented both parties in the sale of a 12,519 s/f high end industrial/flex condo facility at 3 Morse Rd. The new building is situated on 2.5 acres in the Oxford Industrial Park area and sold for $1.2 million. The property was put under contract within days of being on the market, which is indicative of the area market conditions for well located quality buildings. The buyer, Xal/Xenon Architectural Lighting, an Austrian company, will be establishing a manufacturing operation to accommodate it U.S. business. Xal/Xenon Architectural Lighting develops, produces and distributes high quality architectural lighting products and systems.
