Ed Godin Jr., a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, represented both parties in the sale of an 11,300 s/f industrial facility at 146 Huntingdon Ave. The building is located off Rte. 8, has 5,200 s/f of lower level area, is situated on 4.39 acres and sold for $725,000. The buyer is JRD Properties, a local real estate investor, and the seller is FB Mattson Co., Inc. The facility will be primarily occupied by All-Star Transportation, a regional provider of transportation for school systems.
