Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers two leases totaling 22,300 s/f
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties, has represented all parties in two leases totaling 22,300 s/f in two area industrial parks for local property owner Industrial Development Group.
Metallon Inc. based in Thomaston has leased 11,250 s/f at 2120 Thomaston Ave. for additional manufacturing space to accommodate their continued growth.
Life's Abundance, a Florida based specialty pet food supplier, has leased 10,050 s/f of warehouse space at 61 Mattatuck Heights for their Northeast distribution center.
