Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers $835,000 s/f of 24,000 s/f manufacturing facility

Watertown CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties represented all parties in the $835,000 sale of a 24,000 s/f manufacturing and warehouse facility on 3.7 acres at 15 Mountain View Dr. The facility is located in the Watertown Industrial Park with access to Rte. 8 Highway. The buyer, ECI Screen Print Inc., is relocating and expanded from their current Thomaston location and will be utilizing the facility for their corporate headquarters and manufacturing operation. The seller was Grandmas Funding Associates LLC.
