Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties handles 18,300 s/f lease
Beacon Falls CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented the landlord, Meadowbrook Homes Inc., in the long-term lease of a 18,300 s/f building at 104 North Main St. The modern facility is located off of Rte. 8 highway in the center of town.
The new tenant, J-Con Inc., is a high-end specialty commercial and residential woodworking company.
