Godin Property Brokers sells 57,500 s/f for $1.2 million

Naugatuck, CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury, represented the seller and John Famiglietti of Drubner Commercial represented the buyer in the $1.2 million sale of 550 Spring St.
The manufacturing facility is 57,500 s/f on 15 acres. The new owner is an investor who will utilize a portion of the property for one of his business operations.
