Godino & Co. awarded leasing assignment for Chapel Business Center

Godino & Co. Inc. has been awarded the leasing assignment for Chapel Business Center. Tim Coyle and Tom Godino Sr. will be marketing the building on behalf of Fairlane Properties. Chapel Business Center at 59-83 Chapel St. has over 40,000 s/f of office and R&D space available. "This building has unique brick and beam spaces, many with tall ceilings and upper clerestory windows. These spaces represent a tremendous value with rents below $20 per s/f," said Coyle. Formerly the home to numerous manufacturing enterprises, Chapel Business Center is now home to technology companies including HealthTalker, Everyscape, Tippingpoint Labs and Geek Offices.
