Godino of Godino & Co., Inc. handles $4.25 million sale of Vara Building

Norwood MA The Vara Family Limited Partnership has sold the Vara Building to Charles River Realty for $4.25 million. The property is situated on Rte. 1 at the signalized intersection of Sumner St. and is across the street from a shopping center anchored by Super Stop & Shop and Home Depot.

The building was constructed over 50 years ago by the grandfather of its former owners.

Tom Godino of Godino & Co., Inc. listed the property and negotiated its sale.
