Goetz joins Tighe & Bond, Inc. as a project manager

Brian Goetz joined Tighe & Bond, Inc. as a project manager. With 24 years of water system management and consulting experience, he will also serve as the technical specialist for all water resources and supply projects within the firm's overall water practice group. For the past 12 years, Goetz has worked extensively with public and private clients in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. His expertise includes public drinking water systems, water rights, source protection, water resource development, rate studies, conservation, and public outreach. He has provided consulting services for water system master planning, distribution system assessments, source of supply development, treatment facility upgrades, and water use demand analysis/management. In addition to being an experienced water system manager, and a certified water treatment operator, Goetz is also the chairman of the New England Water Works Association's Water Resources Committee. He is also past president of the New Hampshire Water Works Association, and has served on that association's legislative committee since 2003. Goetz also has been an active member of the New Hampshire Water Conference Organizing Committee since 2007, and is an Energy Committee member for the Town of Durham, New Hampshire. "Brian is a well known and well respected expert in water system management, and has a solid understanding of regional water resources that has originated from his hands-on approach to serving numerous New Hampshire communities such as Portsmouth, Concord, Exeter, Derry, Wolfeboro, and others. His substantial experience and knowledge will benefit our clients greatly, and contribute to the overall strategic growth of our Portsmouth office and services," said David Pinsky, president of Tighe & Bond. Goetz earned his master of public affairs in environmental policy from Indiana University, and his bachelor of science in technology from Bowling Green State University. He is also a certified water treatment operator in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
