Gold of O,R&L Commercial brokers 6,500 s/f retail lease
According to O,R&L Commercial, 655 Boston Post Rd. has been leased. The 6,500 s/f facility was the former home of Guilford Tire and Auto. The landlord was represented by Richard Gold of O,R&L Commercial.
The new tenant A-1 Complete Autocare was represented by David Fleischman of The Geenty Group.
According to John McDonald manager/owner, "A-1 will offer a complete package of general automotive repairs and alignments in a dealer type setting at a fraction of the cost using the latest in green automotive technology. The experience will include a Wi-Fi internet coffee cafe and a separate child play space. As well, A-1 will be certified by the State of Connecticut as an emissions and repair shop."
The grand opening is scheduled for early 2011.
