North Hampton, NH Jay Goldberg has closed the sale of a 10,600 s/f retail plaza, located off Rte. 1, for $2.65 million. The property sits on over two acres in front of a Home Depot and comprises four tenants, a Jiffy Lube, Midas, medical sleep store, and a salon.

“The curb appeal as you drive up to this property is very attractive...I don’t think I have seen a nicer Jiffy Lube and Midas store, especially both in the same plaza,” said Goldberg. “And at 100% occupancy, it was a perfect asset to purchase.”

The property was formerly a McDonald’s for 20 years before it was developed into the retail plaza in 2004.

Goldberg owns and manages residential and commercial property in New England.
