Goldberg Properties purchases Marrett Square from Stone River Properties for $3.3 million

Lexington, MA Jay Goldberg of Goldberg Properties has closed the sale of Marrett Sq., located at the intersection of 2A (Marrett Rd.) and Waltham St., for $3.3 million. The property features a stable mix of retail and office tenants.

“This is a prime suburban location,” said Goldberg. “Opportunities like this do not come up for sale very often…the property and tenant base made this acquisition a can’t-miss.”

Brian DAPice of the Mega Group was the sole broker. The seller George Katis from Stone River Properties “Was a pleasure to work with,” said Goldberg.

Goldberg is a principal at Goldberg Properties. He owns and manages residential and commercial property in New England.
