Pam Bren Goldschmidt describes that the transaction took lots of patience and perseverance, but it paid off with the opening of the new 38,000 s/f location.
Goldschmidt & Associates has represented many major retailers in various transactions in the past - Kmart, CVS, Webster Bank, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bank of New York, TJ Maxx and others.
